Never had a problem before. Successfully login and can PM and reply to existing threads, and have obviously posted here, but can't post a new thread in classifieds. Get a "server error". Any ideas?

If I did do something really bad, it'd be nice to know about it!

A few suggestions:

Try a different web browser.

Try cleaning out your cookies.

Try cleaning out your cache.

If not, contact one of us and we will try some stuff.

Good luck!

Steve

Oliver1850 -

thanks kindly for your offer. I've PM'd you.

SoCalSteve - Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried three different computers on two different networks. Still same result. Very strange.

I have this problem too, can use other stuff ok but not classifieds. Can any admin make it work? I hope to buy an item for sale so this situation is of no benefit to me or the seller. Thanks.

That is because you are a new member. There is a "probatory" period. I don't remember if it's a number of posts combined with a time
Period. This is to minimize scammers/spammers.

You need have 20 posts and be a member of the forum for at least 30 days before you can post in this section.

I did that while joining. I figure it is up to the sellers discretion. Mods correct me if I am wrong.

I really like the seller policy here. I'm a member of another forum that lets anyone sell and the result is a lot of people coming for the sole purpose of ditching their crap or selling stolen goods. Another board I'm a member of has taken it a step further and only lets paid members sell. Paceline has found a great balance.
