Scary stuff. Amazing that it didn't look like a huge number of injuries.

An appropriate punishment for that idiot would be to be run over by a black VW Golf... and then back up and do it again.

A little bit of Googling later: it looks like all the injured were released from the hospital, apparently. Hope it's true, that's a minor miracle.
