Doing a build with a white Cervelo R3 and I'm looking for a glossy or wet look white stem and seatpost. Ideally the seatpost could be carbon and the stem could be aluminum.

Brands in the running include, Ritchey, FSA, Deda, ???

White with black logos, no red or colors or at least very minimal color.

The Ritchey is tops on my mind but wish seatpost was carbon.

I moved this to general discussion as you might get better responses here.

I like the Ritchey wet white parts and use their stems on a couple of my bikes.

Specialized is doing parts in white and you might catch a break on some "take off" items.

If you want a little red then check out 3T Team in white. Also, FSA has a white scheme for at least stem and bars (not sure about post). Deda also offers it up. I suggest just checking out the manufacturers websites and going fom there ... ;)

+1 on the 3T Team setup.. I currently have the Ritchey wet white setup and I'll be building up my caad9 with the 3T Team setup :)

Pretty easy to make your own... Just make sure the paint dries fully.

I love the Deda parts, just wish it didn't have that bit of red.

The Mrs.' HSG http://forums.thepaceline.net/showthread.php?p=855827&highlight=joe%27s#post855827 has a FSA OS 150 stem and FSA SL 250 seatpost. The stem meets your requirement for alloy; the seatpost is alloy, not carbon, so may not be what you want.

I was originally concerned that the white finish on the stem and seatpost might not match the white paint on the frame. As it turned out, the white finish on the stem, seatpost, frame and Deda zero 100 handlebars all match quite nicely.

Good luck.

Other than Deda, Cinelli has some amazing white parts.

I would go with the Ritchey wet white for both the stem and seatpost. Regarding the seatpost, unless you are a real weight weenie, there's no reason for a carbon seatpost. I don't believe it improves the ride any and frankly the couple of grams aren't worth my piece of mine.

PRO Components makes a white stem and a white seat post. No red either.

I am using a Deda super zero seatpost. It's white, carbon, and holds my seat. I'm happy with it.
