BB30 newbie question

can you install these with a headset press or is there separate tool for this?
how do you remove them?

Headset press worked fine for me on Cannondale SuperSix. You do however need a special tool to remove the bearings.

These 2 tools are what you need, the instaler works with your headset press, and the remover helps you push out the berring.

I installed 16 bb30 cranks with these tools, they worked great.
