Had a rider ask me about this but am not finding anything other than the Campy 29.

12x29 10-speed Shimano/SRAM cassette is what they're after.
They are using a Rival rear mech and wanted something just a bit larger than their 12x27

Anyone know if this even exists?

thanks

Shimano and SRAM both have 11-28 cassettes. IRD offers an 11-30.

I have used the 11x28 ultegra for riding my HSG is Vermont when I first got it 2 years ago. I also use the 11x28 on my ti S&S travel bike. Shifts well

Thanks to both of you, looks like the 11x28 is going to be it for them unless a Rival RD will take a 30t. They have a 16t difference in front.

Is to insure the rider does not place the chain on 29 rear and large outside front chain ring. I have used setup for year on a campy 29 with a compact and it works fine (short cage) PETE

30 will work with a short cage Dura Ace derailleur. 28 seems to be the largest if the rider cross chains to a 53 chain wheel.
