In my scheming to convert my CDA to fixed gear I am thinking of running the SRAM ss brake levers but would love to use my Campy brakes. Think this will work?

dont know why they would not work well for campy or any brakes out there

it will work fine.
unsolicited advice though: the tektro levers are way cheaper, have excellent build quality, and are nearly identical to campy 10-sp hood design and feel. the alloy levers are very nice, and you can easily polish off the "tektro" logo for a nice clean look.

also: the tektro levers have the brake quick release that is necessary for campy brakes, the sram levers do not have this...

depends on tire width and how you like your brakes. narrow tires and loose brakes with no release is okay. 28's and tight brakes will be a no go.
As others have mentioned, only issue would be the lack of a qucik release. i use the tektros and the work fine.
