Growing up in the area, I've had the 'pleasure' of riding up the "Main Street Hill" climb they mention. Once was always enough for me. Mankato, MN sits along the Minnesota River valley. Main Street Hill essentially goes in a straight line from the river to the top of the bluff. The rest of the route sounds marvelous - through rolling farmland and skirting the shores of a number of area lakes. What I think is also cool - this is a town of about 40,000 getting behind and being a part of an event like this.
