Has anyone use Heart Rate Variability (HRV) to determine if they are over reaching or over-training? There seems to be a Ipod app (http://www.myithlete.com/) and several HR monitors that are sensitive enough to be use for HRV. The Ipod app claims it can also determine when you are fresh and fit for a race.
