My riding buddy, Craig Ryan, will be in the new exhibitor area at NAHBS in Austin. Please stop by and say hello and offer your encouragement.
He is a great guy and is very seriously pursuing the craft of framebuilding. His workship is behind his house. We had our year-end Potter's Bridge Training Ride pizza party at his home and had a chance to view his equipment, including paint booth, and he gave us a lot of insight into frame building. He had purchased a small but very heavy work table that we helped him get from his garage to his work shop. He was so well prepared that he had purchased enough sets of new work gloves to keep us from injuring our hands. He has went to a lot of effort and expense to set up his work shop and website and I am confident that he is in it for the long haul.
