Karen designed a cake for the upcoming Bedford/HandleBar meet and greet at Casa Smiley (see the gatherings section if you want in). So we took the design to a new small one woman shop here in Kensignton MD and the young lady owner was THRILLED to be making a corporate cake ala the TV show Cake Boss which she thought we were corporate. Anyway now that she thinks that Kelly and Ray are some BIG wigs I told both of them we need to go by and pick up the cake ourselves and have Ray "Bra Man" Schmidt and Kelly Bedford get photographed with her delivering the cake to us. I love how start up business get excited when they get walk in the door business and who knows this probably will make her week thinking about this cake.
