Reynolds Alta Aero Comp Wheelset - Truing Question

I'm thinking about buying a set of these wheels (any opinions?). They have internal nipples, and I've never owned a set of wheels built like this. I believe there's a special tool to do this, correct? Is this tool readily available?

3/16" or 5mm (depends on the exact nipples)hex wrench. The Alta series didn't have a very good rep due to spoke issues but I bought a set of brand new Alta Races for $100. They've been the training wheelset on my TT bike for 3 years and never trued. It's got several thousand miles or so.
