It's sitting right in front of me at my desk. (Doesn't eveyone keep a copy handy for reference?) I paid $5 for it at the Seattle Bike swap 2 years ago. My eyes almost bugged out of my head when I saw it and realized that; 1) the seller had no idea what it was and, 2) neither did anyone else in attendence.

Excuse my ignorance. I have heard of the CONI manual, but have no idea what is in it or who wrote it or anything. Could someone fill us in?

The paragraph on "night pollution" is worth the price alone.

The drawings are fantastic.

I wonder where my copy is...?

It's a fun book, but not that much fun. For real reading pleasure I like English cycling books from the 40's and 50's. The service descriptions for the Sturmey Archer hubs alone are worth the price of admission. Which brings me to my next question; how long before the current fixie craze produces a new multi-speed fixed hub?

...what and rendering my everlasting search for the elusive 2 speed fixed hub MOOT!!??? I've been eyeballing every discarded bicycle left for the trashman for yrs. looking for that item. Hmmph.

And I'll supply the exploded parts drawings and and service instructions.
