Oval Concepts stems

I just picked up an Oval Concepts threadless stem from AE Bike. Not too many places sell these and the stem in silver is surprisingly well finished, a beauty. The bar clamp is unconventional as the screws come into the clamp from the back instead of the front, different than every other brand. Seems to rival the Ritchey Pro or WCS in every way other than popularity. AE Bike has a few in both silver and black at nice prices. I'm not a salesman for AE Bike, but if you know what you want, they do have some killer deals. Don't forget to give some business to your LBS too.

That picture looks just like a Ritchey stem. I love my Ritchey WCS stem on one of my bikes but I am not wild about the angle of it.

is that their top o' de line stem ? If so its a good price..Do you know the weight? It'sn nice to see a silver stem as well!!

Nice looking stem. I like anything that is uncommon. The rear entry screws on the clamp give the front a nice clean look.

Thannks for the tip, I' looking for a silver stem. Not much else out there except the Thomson.
