Has anyone had any experiences with short stack headsets such as the Cane Creek 110.ZS44 Short Complete or 40.IS41 Short Complete? Thoughts? Recommendations?
I have a really nice fork laying around I would like to use on a new build but the headtube is just slightly longer than on the previous frame...
The model that you mentioned will not fit on a bike that takes a conventional press-fit headset. The head tube ID must be larger.

Thanks Dave.
I remember a low stack height headset came out at Interbike this year I thought...
Any recommendations for a lower stack height standard 1 1/8" press fit headeset?

I just ordered a Crank Bros. Cobalt SL - 20.56mm stack height (including crown race). I won't have any long-term reviews for a while, but I can give you an initial impression when it arrives. I've heard they don't want to go in easily - but, we'll see.
