I was thinking 'travelling' when I saw the thread, but conclude that machine would not fit into that suitcase.
I'm a big fan of racing trikes.

I tried drafting off a guy on a racing trike and it was disorientating since they lean the other way in corners!!! I wonder what the trail is on a trike? Hmmm.

I would totally like to ride that, although it seems that a lighter "trunk" could be found.
So, I presume that the outside wheel comes up in a fast corner and you lean toward it?
