Edge road bars fit ??

Hi,
looking to upgrade my Ottrott bars, specifically to Edge Composite bars, 42 cm.
Yes, I realize they are now Enve but that doesn't bother me at all.

Fit question: someone had said the Edge bars flare out quite a bit in the drops so you should order one size narrower. Anybody aware of this?
Should I stick with 42 or get 40?

stay with the 42 if that is what you have now, I had 42 EC 90 bars and switched to Edge and they are just fine

very stiff and light,

I did the whole nine yards Stem, Seat Post and H-Bars,

The Wheels are a whole different subject/budget
