Shimano 7900 install question

I have made the jump to the darkside after being exclusively campy for the past 2 decades.
I have the first of what I am sure will be many easy install questions.
I am mounting a 10sp cassette on a dt240 freehub, do you need to use the included spacer prior to mounting the cassette?

Any other 7900 tips would be appreciated

Yessir. (Spacer)

Route the der cable thru the lever before you mount the levers to the handlebar(underneath).

If you headtube cable stops, route the der housing behind the handlebars. Replace the 4mm der housing with 5mm and use brass ferrules.

Grease in BB shell, onto crank spindle, torque crank bolts, with a torque wrench...otherwise it's like 7800.
