Sprained my right ankle on Monday...AGAIN...feeling better each day, but I'm thinking of getting some type of ankle strap/support system to wear when I'm walking on uneven ground, ie the woods around my house. Anyone familiar with these type straps? I looked on the web and there are about a million different ones to choose from, any physical therapists in here that could give me advice??
right Ankle history is, severely sprained in high school, broken about 12 years ago, good heal though, but it becoming a problem again.
