Chris King HS & The dumb question of the day

Okay, so I have a used Chris King headset that I'm ready to install but I'm wondering if there is a specific Top and Bottom bearing cup? If so, how does one tell which is which?

Usually, there's writing on the cups, so you just make sure that's right side up, but the real secret is, the upper and lower cups are the same, so you can run them either way. I know shop guys who run then upside down just to be different.
