Any recommendations for a nice restaurant in Saratoga Springs – planning to give a gift certificate (as a Christmas present) – any thoughts?

Hatties has the best fried chicken on planet earth. The Wheat Fields has very good pasta and wine.

Limoncello - Northern Italian
Chianti Il Ristorante - Italian
Leons - Best Mexican in the entire area
Sperry's - Continental
28 Tables - I have not tried it yet, but has good reviews. Ron Farbers other restaurant; 8 tables was excellent!

Bloomers and One Caroline Street are the best in my opinion. Bloomers is more unique. 51 Front Street Bistro in Ballston Spa also is very good.
