Does this frame look "neu" (that's 'new' in English) :)

That frame has a disc mount from a bygone era. You may have issues locating a compatible brake.

Also, the shock is very finicky to tune, and if you are a bigger rider there will likely be significant rear end flex.

The dropouts just look like they've seen a fair few wheel changes. Perhaps I've lost something in translation (neu, neuer, neuen et.c. must have subtle differences of meaning in Germania).
