That thing that looks like the start of strangulation is actually a weak attempt at "scratching"...

The wheel in the one guys hand was in the others hand at the start... He tried to slap him with the wheel and the CDP guy took the wheel from him, then mr Barredo (Quickstep) tried the scratch, then the close your eye's / double windmill arm flail, followed by getting put on his back (by a guy straddling a bike, followed by a great mock "hold-me-back"-while hiding behind the crowd.

If you actually saw that fight you would give my 6 year old daughter 3-1 against both of the cyclists involved... :D
