My Power Tap Joule stopped talking to my computer and was also creating mayhem every time I tried to download data.
2 calls to Cycleops - one to go over a bunch of stuff followed by a test ride, one more call because the first call fixed most of the problem but not all, and now everything is as it should be again.
The guys I spoke to were freindly, patient, and pleasant.
What more could a customer ask for?
