Carbon Tube and Lug Frames

I currently ride a Meivici. I was wondering if the other high end tube and lug frames are that different.

Would it be very different than:
Colnago C50
Time VXRS
Calfee Dragonfly
Serotta Carbon HSG?

What do people see as the differences between a tube and lug versus monocoque?

In terms of ride quality, I'd say the differences between those you listed, and also compared to monocoque frames, has all to do with frame geometry and tire pressure.
If those two things are the exact same, I doubt you'd notice much difference between all of them. Just my .02...
