Me on my Ottrott crossing the McCarthur Causway. 100 miles from Miami to West Palm. A great event, raising over $500,000 for University of Miami Sylvester Cancer Institute.
Today's ride was 70 miles, back from West Palm Beach to Miami. We were able to get the Department of Tranportation to close Interstate 595 for 6 miles. I595 is one of the major east/west highways in Broward County. It was pretty cool riding my bike where there are usually 5 lanes of high speed traffic.
