Bob Lickton has always been nice to me in crotchety sort of way. Helpful, but curt. I have bought lots of stuff from him regardless and the other guy/who often ends up taking the orders has always been conversant and helpful. They always price matched without even a burp.
Well now they are allowing orders over the net without having to make the call. So now possible to avoid the box of chocolates that is Bob Lickton.
