Off Topic:

Check out how Ryder Hesjedal is doing in Romandy. He has a shot at top-25 by the end of the thing. Nice for a six-three dude in his first full year of Europe. Keep an eye on this big Canadian cat.

On Topic:

Man, a whole year until the 40th birthday investment. Gotta be 1600 or less. What's going to be the perfect "go fast race bike" doofus frame at that price point? Ohhhh youse guys can chip in your two cents on that one for the next year.

at that price point, a custom peg 8:30 AM. or chip in a few more dollars for a duende.

Is that $1600.00 for a frame/fork or for the complete bike? He sure isn't getting a complete Duende for 16 unless it's used. ;)

1600.00 for frame/fork

and custom isn't needed

if it has 17cm of setback and a 57 or 58 TT it'll work just fine

that would be a 73 sta for you folks who think in those terms

if a stock peg works for you, doc, talk to brendan at competitive cyclist. he often has some very sweet "clearance" deals. memorize this equation: dario = fast. :D

amazing how much great used stuff gets cast off. keep your eyes open, have your $ ready and the right frame will come to you at 1/2 price.

I may still have my stock 57 csi (73sta) with steel steerered f1 gathering dust so give me a holler when you're ready.

Pretty Rad CIII on the demo deal page for 1700. I know it's a 56 but if your not using a 130 stem already try rockin that?(I have no idea what your set up is but I thought the bike was sweet) I'm either 56 w/13 or 57 w/12 in combo, it wont freak you out, I currently use both. Thats the angryest looking green paint going. Other than that new is only new for about a week so buy some spoiled brats bike who thinks he absolutly must have custom for his average body size and play on his excess funds. I dont even need a ride but I always look at the used things people unload and some of it is unreal. Happy hunting!
