What pressure do you run in your cyclocross clincher tires on race day?

I race mainly tubies but train on Clincher. At 163#, I run my clinchers between 38-48 pounds depending on the course conditions. I have ran them in the mid 30's but tend to have a lot of pinch flats. If the course is a smooth grass crit like, I would more than likely run them close to the mid 30's. A lot of factors go into this, your weight, type of tires, size of tires, course conditions etc... Its best to keep going lower in training until you start getting pinch flats and that will put you in your bottom range.

I am 185 pounds. When I use clinchers, I run between 38-42.

last race i rode my 30c clinchers at 50psi or so. even so, i had problems cornering with the tires folding over hard in turns and losing traction, resulting in crashes.

As low as you can go while avoiding pinch flats. It will depend on the conditions. If it's frozen and bumpy you will need to be 40ish or maybe a bit higher - if it's soft and muddy and not bumpy then you can dip down to the low 30's.

It will also depend a bit on how light you ride. Some folks can get away with much less air than others even at the same body weight due to riding style.

Not a concrete answer I know but life is full of uncertainty :)

I weigh 162 and run between 35-40 depending on conditions. I have gone to 32 on a very muddy course.

On the rocky courses here in the Bay Area I run 40-50 psi. 185 pounds on 35s. I would rather bounce than flat out.

As a non-'crosser, and given the above information, why would you want to run clinchers?
