Simple question that can't possibly become a controversial thread :-)

Why is Edge also called Enve (or is it ENVE?)?

yep.

They did have something posted on their website explaining this. Something to the affect that their growing presence in Europe caused a curent company to get a bit put off. Trademark rights and so forth.

We envy the edge they had in trademark registration . . .

I don't think it implies anything at all about the goods.

Thanks for the replies. I was just a little confused about their identity.

Are the road 25 rims strong, cobbles strong?

I want to check out bits of PR next year for the Sportive in 2012.

EDGE/ENVE make some of the best carbon rims out there. It's my understanding EDGE started with a bunch of engineers from Reynolds composites went over because they didn't like the way the business was forcing them to go, while they just wanted to make the highest quality products
