looking for a 1 1/8 Ti headtube extender

Hi everyone,

I want to raise the top of headtube. I know Serotta used to make these headtube extenders..I think they were 15mm or 20mm. Does anyone know where I can get one that is made in Ti?

Or does anyone have one sitting around they want to sell me?

Not ti, but serves same practical purpose. Aesthetics may be in question. Use the black one with an all black headset and maybe it will blend in better.
