FSA integrated BB/Compact Crank question

Received a Moots Psychlo-X this past week and installed an FSA SL-K COMPACT MEGA EXO crank. There seems to be some sideplay in the crank. It appears all of the parts were included and installed. The BB is exactly 68mm wide. Anyone familiar with this issue and potential remedies? Thanks

Call FSA at 425 488 8653, ask for Greg, tell him Steve sent you. As a company they are very helpful, and Greg will take good care of you.

Are you sure the bearings are torqued down? There should be a 2mm gap on the non-drive side, but there should be no sideplay.

Thanks Steve will do. Where is the gap you describe supposed to be? Between the facing of the BB and the cup or??

Exactly: between the cup and the BB. Sometimes there is an "O"-ring provided to fill the gap, but it doesn't always get installed - it does nothing.
