Anyone seen one available recently? I'm doing the Death Valley Double next Saturday and have a feeling I might need an easy gear as possible.

After riding through the Berkshires on the great River Ride and looking at a CRW ride this Saturday from Groton through a long hill climb in Mason,NH i'd be intrested in a 12/29 too!

if price is an issue, ive been using a 12-29 veloce cassette with no problems.

With shipping it was cheapest on Ebay so I went that route. The GBP is up to 1.55 or higher these days so the deals aren't quite as good from the UK.

Think it was a 13-29..no Veloce for 11s. LBS have 11s 12-29 for about $200, wholesale price just went down about 30% so expect LBS to have them for about $180 or so.
