Richard Schwinn and his talented team at Waterford are building Terry bikes now... 2002, I'm not sure.

Ah, you're the one who saved me from another project frame...

If I have my time frame correct they were built in Taiwan but not sure of anything more specific than that. Only since the 2009 model year, maybe a bit earlier, has Waterford been building them. Some of the earlier higher-end models were built in upstate NY and actually have Serotta connections....and the Isis has always been one of the top two models, so I could easily be wrong about builder.

But if you shoot Terry the serial #, description and a picture they (usually Georgena herself) will help you out with that kind of info. You can ask on their forum for sure, not sure about getting an answer via email. But their customer service is usually quite generous on these questions.

Yeah, no kidding. If I didn't already have an NOS Symmetry I've yet to build up I would have pulled the trigger a few days back!

If you ever decide that top tube is too short for ya, hit me up first, will ya?

I'm sure the short tt was the problem. But I know 4 forum members who would give that geometry a try.

Mark - you know it!!!

I know Tom Teesdale built some of the steel Terrys around that time. I have a 10 year old Teesdale as a rain bike(foco steel) and its solid.

I will keep you in mind.

Thanks! The few (but mighty!) of us who need/want that geometry are a bright candle for me in the darkness of all those who can endlessly trade 56 square frames. ;) Gives me hope that I'll eventually get to try/acquire some very cool used bikes.
