Rarer than hen's teeth. Years ago Seven made me the last Ti stem with that combo. You might try Igleheart for a nice steel custom.

No stems specifically for a 1" steerer tube and a 31.8mm bar (production wise that is).

I'm sure one of our custom frame building friends would be happy to make a stem to fit your needs though.

Curious, why don't you want to use a shim for the steerer tube? Just don't like the idea of a shim?

I have shimmed stems on two 1" bikes, and the stems blend nicely with the spacers.

I have one that came on my 2009 Rocky Mountain Boroughs...it's a 5 degree, 120mm, 1 inch steerer, and a 31.8 clamp...it's generic/no logo so I'm not sure who made it. FYI, I'm going to be posting it up for sale tomorrow or Tuesday along with a load of other stuff (not that I want to turn this into a classified ad...)
