This is redirected from Classified Section. I think this is the more appropriate section.

I am trying to buy local an SSC SL wheelset. They appear to be in good condition but I am not sure if these have rider weight limit restriction. I am at 205lb. Does anyone have such info?
Also, these are about 5 years old with 5K-6k miles. What would be a reasonable price for them?
Thanks in advance.

No problems.
I think $350-450 would be standard. $300 would be a good deal.
Check the bearings and look for play in the hubs before you buy. Replacing the bearings should take ~$50-100 off the price.

I rode a set for a couple of years, at 215, with no problems.

Yeah you are fine. I would do much urban jumps and trials, but road, cross you will be just fine.

Play in the hubs may also just indicate the pre-load needs to be adjusted.
