I recently ordered two water bottles from the Swag shop. A simple transaction that was followed up by a request for feedback. I left feedback, and much to my surprise received feedback on my feedback.
How great was this. My feedback was actually read by somebody, and action was promised.
So I wrote back to Lynda and dared to ask her if she could help me finding a decal for my head tube, which I was unable to find through a New Jersey dealer.
No problem, action was promised and my decal arrived in the mail today.
Thank you for your prompt help Lynda! I want all at this forum and at the Serotta SWAG shop to know how pleased I am with the outstanding service you have given me.
To make such an extra effort is a rare event and Serotta is fortunate to have such an enthusiastic team member.
