Manuka Honey

Anyone ever tried Manuka Honey? 3 days ago I was positive I was coming down with something nasty-the feeeling I get that's usually the prelude to a 2 week cold/infection. My wife had bought some Manuka and I started taking it with hot water. My wife says the Manuka is supposed to fight infections. I feel great today. Placebo or not, I'm sold.

Adam, this sounds like something grown in Humboldt County CA requiring you to have a doctor's "prescription." Indica or sativa? ;)

Today I was starting to get that bad news achy feeling, but decided to ride anyway. Let's hope that I'll be OK by ride time on Saturday.
