I am selling a 2007 Zipp 808 tubular front wheel with Continental Sprinter Gatorskin 180 tpi tire (http://www.conti-online.com/generator/www/de/en/continental/bicycle/themes/race/tubularroad/sprinter_gatorskin/sprinter_gatorskin_en.html). The wheel has 18 spokes, stickers removed, and the tire was professionally glued by LBS in April of this year and I just had the same LBS (which is a Zipp retailer) check the wheel and bearings out last week. They gave me two thumbs up (I like to make sure the items I sell are in excellent condition). Wheel has just over 500 miles on it and the tire has less than 100 miles. The tire has been filled with 1-2 ounces of sealant, I did not want to have to deal with any flats.
This wheel is in excellent condition and was used for short (~7 mile) sprint TTs and few hill-climb TTs so very little braking on the carbon surface and Zipp pads were used.
I've taken detailed photos of all parts so feel free to check them out. I am selling this because I am upgrading to a new race wheelset for my crit bike and need the funds. Please PM me with any inquiries. I am asking for $660 shipped within continental U.S. PayPal is preferred method of payment.
