WTB Specialized Toe peg for mtb shoe

Lost one on one of my Team mtb shoes.

ANyone have one they're not using or want to sell?

If not any idea as to how to get a hold of one?

Are MTB toe pegs (fangs) pretty much interchangeable? If so, I have a set from a pair of Mavic MTB shoes I'd send off to you for the cost of the postage.
