I'm installing a pair of Centaur ErgoPower levers and am using genuine Campy cables/housing. The end with the ferrule is the greased end, and should go into the body of the lever, correct?

Actually, I'm not sure. They're 10-speed, with silver alloy blades.

Depends on the year of the lever. If older shape, 2008 and older, yes the shift housing with the ferrule goes into the lever. If newer, 2009 shape, you have the wrong cable kit. NO ferrules into the lever for brake housing either model.

There are 2009 ERGO with aluminum shift blades and shift levers, think this gent has 2008 or older tho.
