Myself and 4 guys I ride with all have an Aegis. All road bikes, no TT's. They are great riding and looking bikes. However, Aegis failed before the recession came.

They had a great design but were unwilling or able to make changes that kept a buzz about them. The whole style of frame simply feel out of favor.

That the downside of depending on "growing technology" to drive your market. You have to constantly change the look. To some degree, steel has outgrown that.

Thay are one of the best deals out there on the used market.
