I was going to be in Seratoga Springs this summer and decided to have some additional braze-ons put on my Concours frame. I contacted Scott Hock and his only concern was for my bike to function well and look good. I suggested an easy way out and he did not want to take my suggestion because it "might look like a garage job". Scott spent alot of time with me and my frame to make sure the braze-ons were positioned for optimal performance. At no additional charge my bike was re-stickered and looks 5 years younger!
Lindsey, who is the conscierge, is very knowledgeable about the bikes and the company and very helpful in getting any members of the Serotta team on the phone or having calls returned.
