Anyone ever seen a steel serotta fork with a tig welded unicrown and Shimano dropouts? No other significant markings and vintage unknown.I'm dubious about it being a real serotta item. What do you think?

It sounds like the fork that came with the Colorado TG. Predecesor to the Atlanta it had a Colorado Concept tube set tig welded together with a fork that the two blades joining together at the top at the steerer column, no crown to speak of, much like a mountain bike fork of the day.

Bill's right.....it sounds like a TG. It should have a serotta serial number on the steerer.

I had a Colorado TG for several years. It was part of what led me to Serotta. It had a fork much like you describe. I no longer own it, or I would send on a picture.

Well, I guess it's not listed in the line up.
