I've got a nice set of Cosmics with 8 spd. Campy freehub. Wondered if it could be changed to 9/10 Campy. Anyone have the part? thanks

Mavic never made a freehub for Campagnolo 8s. They did have one for Mavic cogs, spaced to Campagnolo 8s. That freehub body probably has a big bearing in the base, meaning it cannot be swapped for one of the modern FTS freehub bodies that are Campagnolo 9/10/11s compatible.
