Interesting.

Weren't these things around for a while, and then declared not to be safe, and are now back?

Is the design now new and improved or was it never a safety issue in the first place?

No...

These have never been pulled off the market.

But Yes, they did get a few changes / updates... Really nice helmet. competes with the top lid from anyone else.



Bad news is that my wife just destroyed mine.

Since the first time I saw these in the Tour, I've liked them. Hard to justify the dollars, when my Atmos is still going strong. Catlike will be the replacement, IF it fits well.
