As an avid athlete, firefighter, Cat 2/3 rider (someone who thought I would be invincible my entire life)....imagine my suprise when I went through 2 back surgeries in 1.5 years, including a multi-level disc replacement (not invincible)

Anyhow, been through all the PT, core strengthening, etc. Worked with Garmins team phsyio blah blah...

Our gym has the precor stretch trainer (8 exercisesstretches...takes 5-10 minutes). I liked the device quite a bit and looked to purchase one. Retail 750-800....ripoff.

You'll find them on Craigslist for 250-400....GREAT DEAL. I purchased one on Denver Craiglist for 300. I use it every day a couple times a day, and my wife has started to use it before and after each time she runs.

For those with LBP, its easy, and it's great....for those that never want LBP, I think its even better.

Interesting. Assuming you can remember most of them, what are the 8 things it does?
