Ok, not delicate. :)

Question to those that were/are long time Flite users: If you made a switch to something else, what has worked for you? I've ridden Flites pretty much from the beginning of my competitive racing days to the present. Seeing as they don't make them anymore (to my knowledge), what has worked for your post Flite hiney?

Just wonderin'

I have had really good luck with the Fizik Arione. To look at the two saddles you would think that they were two completely different animals. For me, they both work equally well.

If you find one please let me know.
My favorite is the old style Flite Genuine Gel.
Tried Fizik Alliante and Arione and both left me very bruised after 4 rides and 160 miles on each with healing time on my old saddle inbetween.
The New Flite did the same and I don't like the lip in the back that interfers with my seat pack.
Why did Flite have to fix something that wasn't broke and break my butt instead? :butt:

Can still buy the old flite new as posted above. Also tons on e-bay new and used. I only use the old style flite so whenever I see a deal on one I buy.

mike p: I'm jealous...

I went from a classic Flite to an SLR gel flow...no complaints.

AX Lightness Apollo. Been riding one for 4 years and since it is carbon composite, does not sag with age and use.

William, Alex will create a special version just for you.

...Actually, not.

SLR gell flow carbonio. This is by far the most comfortable saddle that I've ever ridden, but I'm not exactly a Clydesdale. The search is over. It just fits, with just enough cush to buffer the bumps. Surprising, but perfect.

Do I have to sit in a mold? Intriguing thought though, I'll have to ponder that.

+1 on that one. Best saddle I've ever ridden, and I am a former Flite guy
