Just last week I had asked the Concierge a question about my Ottrott geometry as well as a question about a second historical Serotta. I was surprised to receive a response within literally a very few hours from Lindsey that was clear, informative, and incredibly helpful. I think the concept is great and reflects very well upon the brand.

A couple weeks ago I emailed about some new decals. I received an immediate response from Lindsey and had some decals at my house within a couple of days. Outstanding service.
Didn't hear anything about "Concierge" but I called a few months ago to try and get new Decals and Lindsey did a great job.. Serotta seems to be much more accessible then a few years ago.
I had been trying to get decals through dealers for ages unsuccessfully and she had the decals in my hand in like a week, so I was a very happy camper.
