Chamonix Questions

A friend of mine is driving from Konstanz to Chamonix next Friday, and I am considering hitching along for the weekend with my bike.

Anyone been there before that can recommend some possible riding routes or suggestions about what I must ride and what I must avoid?

Chamonix to Martigny via the Col Montet and Col de Forclaz. Go through the tunnel and ride the Col du Petit St Bernard from Courmayeur or la Thuile. Or around Aosta. More options on that side, and gorgeous.
