Can't post pics?

I'm getting an error every time I try to upload a pic (today, Sunday) of my new bike, and I really wanted to show it off! Argh!! Has anyone else tried and been unsuccessful, or is it just me?

I tried earlier today to post pictures and even though my pics were jpg and seemed to meet the criteria, I flunked.
